In Mexico, All Saints’ Day is celebrated on November 1st and is known as “Dia de los Inocentes” or “Dia de los Angelitos.” The holiday honors the innocent children who have died, as well as the angels. Families visit the graves of their loved ones and decorate them with flowers and other items. They also often have picnics at the gravesite.
