Central Province is one of the nine provinces of Solomon Islands. It covers an area of 5,374 square kilometers and has a population of 54,297 people. The provincial capital is Gizo.

Central Province is located in the western Solomon Islands, to the northwest of Guadalcanal Province. The province consists of a large number of small islands, including the Gizo group, the New Georgia group, and the Western Province group.

The province is home to a number of interesting attractions, including the famous World War II battlefield at Kolombangara, the active volcano at Kavachi, and the beautiful beaches and reefs of the Western Province.
