Pahang is well known for its lush tropical rainforests, beautiful beaches, and majestic mountains. Mount Kinabalu, Malaysia’s highest mountain, is located in Pahang. The state also has several national parks, such as Taman Negara, the world’s oldest rainforest, and Gunung Mulu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
